I ordered and received a Medium size T-shirt from you. The photo shows it compared to an existing size M of mine. As you can see your shirt is massive. I would estimate the shirt size you sent to be an XL or more. Way too big.
The t-shirt is made with excellent fabric, which feels very soft to the touch. The print looks and feels fantastic, unlike many other shirts that are already ruined after two washes. I will buy another t-shirt, because I'm truly satisfied!

Buongiorno, sono fortemente deluso dall’acquisto. Ho ordinato 6 magliette per 160 € e atteso 20 giorni lavorativi. Alla consegna, tutte presentavano stampe sbiadite e di qualità nettamente inferiore rispetto a quelle mostrate sui vostri social. Dopo il primo lavaggio, eseguito seguendo le istruzioni, la stampa si è ulteriormente rovinata. Chiedo quindi il rimborso completo oppure la sostituzione delle 6 magliette. Attendo un rapido riscontro e una soluzione concreta. Cordiali saluti.

The color fades easily in the wash - even a cold wash.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t great, mainly because I ordered shirts that were too large, which can happen on a first order. The issue came when I tried to return the items, which made the whole process quite complicated. I think it would be a big plus if you considered offering free returns, at least for first-time orders, so customers can easily find the right fit without added risk. I’m sure that would be a huge help for new customers. Thank you for considering this and I look forward to your repl...
